Mary Fasheitan, MSc, MBA, BSc
Managing Director of OTGA Management Consultancy.
Mary Fasheitan is a versatile multi-faceted professional with continuous service and roles across multiple 'C' suite and Board level positions. She is a dynamic, resourceful and strategic leader who continues to wear many professional hats across many business verticals.
Mary is also a Special Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria on Payment Services. This appointment has necessitated her in taking a pivotal role in the area of financial innovation and good practice so as to drive the uptake of financial inclusion in Nigeria. This is done by providing strategic guidance as well as forward-thinking advisory services.
A well renowned international management consultant specializing in business transformation and disruption she has an enviable record of success and achievement. In her career, she has assisted various FTSE 100 companies such as Coca-cola, IBM, Ford and Morgan Stanley to successfully complete technology deliveries as well as effect business cultural change. Until recently her focus was on driving both business growth and transformation within the telecommunications industry working with global brands such as - BT, T-Mobile and MTN (both in Nigeria and Cameroon); leading on programmes valued at over $10M each.
She is also a Director of GAM Logistics, a logistics and medical supply organization.
Her working life has been predominantly based in Europe - Germany, Norway, Spain, UK and Africa. With a degree in Agricultural Economics and postgraduate degree in Business Information Technology she also holds an MBA.
She is a qualified facilitator and trainer and is a passionate mentor, specializing in young adults.

Founder and former Managing Director, OTGA Management Consultancy
Gisela is the Founder and former Managing Director of OTGA Management Consultancy, Chair of the British Science Association, a global Goodwill Ambassador and a multi-award winner.
Gisela was recently named one of the 100 Women to Watch for FTSE 350 Boards. Gisela is the winner of the 2019 Black British Business Person of the Year Awards. She was awarded Iconic Woman creating a better World for All by the Women Economic Forum. In 2019, Gisela was awarded Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce for her contribution to social change. Previously, she was the Director of Strategic Partnerships and a Company Officer for Abt Associates, a global research and evaluation company that operates in over 50 countries. Abt Associates is regularly ranked as the top 20 global research companies.
Gisela was also previously the inaugural Global Executive Director for Government Affairs & Policy for General Electric Healthcare, NYSE. She developed the global function. She was responsible for the strategic direction of government affairs and policy for GE Healthcare, the $18 billion business unit of GE that provides transformational medical technologies to health customers in over 100 countries. She successfully grew revenues for her Division from $0 to $600 million within a year. She also created over $1 billion commercial opportunities over a 5-year period through partnerships.
Gisela has written over 45 white papers on various public policy issues and regularly presents at International conferences. Gisela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and an MBA.
